Job Description

Our client is is a leading provider of end-to-end IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies.

They currently have openings for an Intermediate Java Developer:

Position:      Intermediate Java Developer
Type:                  Contract
Location:           Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: Depending on Experience

Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years experience with Oracle RDBMS and Unix/Linux platforms

Extensive experience (3-5 years) with Tomcat, JBoss, J2EE, JSP/JSF

Proficient with OOA&D; and OO Modeling

Proficient with Java, JDBC, XML, XSLT, Web-services and SOAP

Strong shell scripting (Bash, Perl, etc.) skills

Extensive experience with Unix/Linux tools, SQL queries, PL/SQL, and SQL*Loader

Experience in data analysis, mapping, translation and migration skills

Requirements
Results driven, team player with business orientation and common sense; can work with minimal supervision and directionGood understanding of business process automation objectives and techniques

Excellent communication skills

Additional Assets
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, CVS, Eclipse, Sales Force, TCP/IP

Knowledge and experience with automotive data and the automotive industry

Experience with Spring Frameworks, JMS, iBATIS, Hibernate, Apex Code, Force.com
