Fairview Mall is located near the intersections of two major arteries: Highways 401 and 404, and is also served by both a Toronto Transit Commission subway line (Don Mills Station) and a York Region bus rapid transit line.

Don Mills Subway Station, Fairview Mall is located on the Don Mills station line. There are also several different bus routes that take you to the mall.
