Founded in 1963, Sir John A. Macdonald Collegiate continues its tradition of excellence. The school maintains high expectations for its students, assisted by a highly dedicated staff. In accord with its motto Prudentia et Scientia (wisdom and knowledge), our school remains committed to providing academic excellence within a rich and varied program.

Enrichment opportunities are provided for high achieving students through our Medallion Program. Other students who have special needs receive support from the Special Education, ESL, and Guidance Department as well as our Student Success teachers.
