One of the higher end restaurants in Toronto, Scaramouche has been feeding the fancy for decades out of this posh location in the Benvenuto building. It claims to have the best sea-level view and one of the most extensive wine lists in Toronto. The main dining room serves divinely prepared meat and seafood with a French flair to a money bags crowd. The stylin' pasta lounge offers slightly lower prices and simpler food. Beware of the comfy chairs--they'll suck you in and never let you go. Plan ahead for anniversaries; the best tables are reserved by the regulars weeks in advance.
