My clients are the most important thing to me. I consistently give each and every one of them the best possible service, no matter what the size of the booking.

Working from home means that I don’t keep ‘regular office hours’. Evenings and weekends are my specialty. I’m available when my clients are!

I have access to hundreds of suppliers and thousands of travel products. This allows me to find the perfect solutions for your travel needs.

I never stop learning! Regular participation in corporate trainings, supplier trainings, webinars, seminars@sea and conference calls keeps me up to date on what’s happening with our suppliers and the numerous electronic or paper editions of travel publications keep me aware of what’s happening in the travel industry as a whole.

TPI is a member of numerous associations and organizations, and as such, I adhere to the most stringent of professional standards.

I am a Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) and a member of the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors (CITC). In addition, I am a cruise specialist and an Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) certified by the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).

Every travel counsellor in the Province of Ontario is required to pass the TICO Education Standards Travel Counsellor Exam, and I have. A copy of my certificate is available by request.
